In this article, we will cover how to locate and use the New Listing Acquisition Report.  This report is designed to provide a monthly recap of new listings acquired by month. Please find the available resources below. 

Permission Level:  Admin 

Report Details:

• Breaks down new listings acquired by month, looking back at a rolling 14-month period
  • This allows the user to compare this month and last month to the corresponding months from last year
  • Provides trend for the past 12-months
• Metrics are captured in the number of new listings and the total volume
• Ability to include/exclude offices
• Ability to export data table to CSV/Excel
• Ability to download as a PDF
