In this article, we'll cover how to locate and use the New Listing Acquisition Report.  This report is designed to provide a monthly recap of new listings acquired by month.

Permission Level:  Admin 

Report Details:

• Breaks down new listings acquired by month looking back at a rolling 14-months
  • This allows user to compare this month and last month to the corresponding months from last year
  • Provides trend for past 12-months
• Metrics are captured in number of new listings and volume total
• Ability to include/exclude offices
• Ability export data table to csv/excel
• Ability to download as PDF
