This report provides an overview of system usage broken down by user activity and system activity.
- Includes Data on the following active user activity:
- Total Active User Count
- Total Login Count
- Total Active Agents
- Average Agent Logins
- Total Active Admins
- Average Admins Logins
- Agent Engagement Index (AEI) by Office
- Top 10 Active Users
- Includes Data on the following system activity:
- How many new draft listings entered at agent level
- How many buyer needs posted
- Completed Marketing and Vendor tasks
- Completed Listing & Transaction Compliance tasks
- Number of invoices generated and total amount generated
- Number of invoices paid and total amount paid
- Documents requested, approved, rejected and waived
- Ability to select from following time frames:
- Past 7 days
- Past 30 days
- Past 90 Days
