System Usage Report

Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how to locate and interpret the system usage report.  Please find the available resources below.

Permission Level:  Admin 

Report Details:

• This report provides an overview of system usage broken down by active agent users and active admin users.  It will provide the active user count as well as the % based on number of available users.
• Includes Data on the following system activity:
  • How many new draft listings entered at agent level
  • How many buyer needs posted
  • Completed Marketing tasks
  • Listing & Compliance tasks completed
  • Number of invoices generated and total amount
  • Number of invoices paid and total amount paid
  • Documents requested, approved, rejected and waived
• Ability to select from following time frames:
  • Past 7 days
  • Past 30 days
  • Past 90 Days
