RETS Delta Report

Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how to locate and utilize the RETS Delta Report.  The report provides a search engine into your MLS database to locate specific listings regardless of status.  Please find the available resources below.

Permission Level:  Admin 

Report Details:

• Primary purpose of report is to allow a user to be able to locate an offline listing status to still be able to manually import directly from list.
• Ability to filter to specific MLS database
• Set the time frame for last activity in MLS
• Ability to filter by:
  • Property address
  • MLS ID
  • Agent Name
  • MLS Status
• Action Buttons:
  
  • Link to RETS Data fields provided by MLS
  • Link to Listing Detail page (indicates listing is already in system) 
  • Link to Transaction Detail Page (indicates a transaction for listing is in system)
  • Link to manually import into system 

• Important note:
  • Search Engine is looking full database of MLS.  This report will take a few minutes to load and is recommended to set short window date ranges to reduce load time
