Prospective Listings Report

Overview:

In this article, we will cover how to locate and use the Prospective Listings Report.  This report is only available when the Prospective Listing status function is enabled.

What is a Prospective Listing?

• A listing agent has not yet secured a listing agreement as selling agent, but wants to be able to enter into the system for Listing Presentation/Marketing Management.  The agent can then proceed to indicate if they won the listing or not and convert to Draft status if needed to begin the listing process.

Permission Level:  Admin 

Report Details:

• Provides details of the win/lose status of all prospective listings
• Does not display active prospective listings
  • Active Prospective listings can be found under the listings tab (if feature enabled)
• Ability to filter by office
• Includes a "Reason" section for the agent to provide the reason for the win or loss
