Listing Quality Control Report

Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how to locate and use the Listing Quality Control Report.  This report is specific to Anywhere (Realogy Clients), although can be used by all clients to quickly identify all listings without media or an MLS ID.

Permission Level:  Admin

Report Details:

• The report provides a list of all active listings that currently have a QC warning tag associated with them.  (Listings in Pending Status are removed from report even if a QC warning tag)
• ALL Clients:  
  • QC warning generates for listings missing media or the MLS ID
• Anywhere Clients:
  • Will also include a tag for if missing the Dash QC Approval
• Ability to filter by office
• Ability to filter by QC Warning type
