Agent Payment Profile Report
Overview:
In this article, we will outline the steps to run the Agent Payment Profile Report. This report is designed to provide details on each agent's payment profile setup.
Permission Level: Admin + Agent Billing
Report Details:
- Shows which agents have a credit card on file
- Identifies agents who are opted into auto pay
- Indicates whether an account is on hold (on-hold accounts prevent agents from making marketing and service requests through the system)
- Ability to place an agent’s account on hold directly from the report
- Allows searching and filtering by agent or office
- Displays the number and total amount of open and overdue invoices
- Provides an Autopay Change and Account Hold log
- Supports download to PDF or export to Excel/CSV
