Email Document File Attachment into File
Overview:
This feature allows a user to forward email document attachments directly to the document file without having to download and upload a document into the file
- ALL document files have their own dedicated email address
- Email address display will show as the document file name as seen in below screenshot
- Once you have used the email address once, you can simply start typing the address in your email 'To' field and should find it.
- Any documents emailed into file will first appear at bottom of file and status will be 'Received'
- Email body content and attachments will be captured in the activity log
