Import Listing/Buyer Documents 

Overview:

In this article, we will review how to import listing/buyer documents into a transaction file. This feature allows the user to import documents that have already been approved from the Listing Document File or Buyer Document File.

• Eligibility: Only Documents that have already been approved can be imported.
• No Duplicate Work: Imported documents skip the review process because they are already approved. 
• File Retention: Copying a document to a transaction file will not remove it from the original listing or buyer file.
