In this article, we'll cover how to locate and utilize the YOY Production Analysis Report to provide a 5 year trend on 3 critical metrics.

Permission Level:  Admin + Billing & Compliance

Report Details:

• This report is designed to provide data over previous 5 years on key metric at the office level
• Ability to toggle between following metrics for year over year comparision
  • Sales Volume
  • GCI (Gross Commission Income)
  • Brokerage Net 

• Provides Table and line graph view of selected metric of each office

• Provides Delta % based on previous year

• Ability to hide/add offices to line graph

• Ability to Download to PDF or export to excel/csv

• Preset Filters available for Month, Quarter, or year-to-date
