Agent Production Analysis

Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how to locate and utilize the Agent Production Anaylsis Report. The primary purpose of this report is to provide key metrics on closed sales on an agent basis over previous 5 years.

Permission Level:  Admin + Billing & Compliance

Report Details:

• Provides year-over-year (YOY) and Month-over-Month (MOM) closed transaction production on following metrics for a specific agent.
  • Sales Volume
  • Side Count (unit count)
  • GCI (Gross Commission Income)
  • ADJ GCI (GCI less Referrals)
  • Agent Gross
  • Agent Net
  • Brokerage Gross
  • Brokerage Net
• Provides data table looking at previous 5 years
• Abilty to toggle to MOM to compare same month from previous 5 years
  • Example - if you select May, data table will reflect for each May in last 5 years
• Ability to toggle to YOY allowing to see year-to-date of month selected
  • Example - If you select July, data table will reflect Jan through July for previous 5 years
• Ability to download to PDF of export to CSV/Excel
