Office Production Report

Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how to locate and use the Office Production Report.

Permission Level:  Admin + Billing & Compliance

Report Details:

• This is one of the most utilized reports within Brokerage Engine.  It provides office and company production for the selected time frame with the ability to quickly filter to a particular company tag.
• The following metrics are captured on this report
  • Sales Price
  • Sales Volume
  • Side Count
  • Gross Commission Income (GCI before Referrals)
  • Effective commission Rate
  • Adjusted Gross Commission Income (GCI less Referrals)
  • Agent Gross
  • Agent Net
  • Brokerage Gross
  • Brokerage Net
• Choose from preset time frames like YTD, last month, this quarter or enter a custom date range
• Can filter to an individual office groups of offices, or All offices
• Ability to include/exclude company set tag rules
• Ability to export to csv/excel in bottom left hand corner.
